The consulting side focuses on structure, sustainability, and strategy—supporting leaders, teams, and organizations in aligning their mission, operations, and impact. Meet our Founder
Nakeia Jones, MSW, LCSW
Nakeia Jones is the founder of Epically D.O.P.E. Counseling & Consulting, LLC and a licensed clinical social worker whose work centers on intentional healing, aligned strategy, and purposeful evolution. A graduate of Indiana University South Bend with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Nakeia brings several years of experience across home-based services, outpatient and inpatient therapy, and both group and individual counseling, including work with adolescents and couples. Her professional background also includes geriatric services, independent contracting, consulting, and leadership, as well as the supervision and mentorship of Master of Social Work students. Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practice, Nakeia creates thoughtful spaces that honor the mind, body, and spirit, supporting individuals, families, and organizations in moving forward with clarity, confidence, and sustainable impact.
